What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Managing the UAC Portal Capacity to ensure accurate counts of UAC in care
- Responding to placement confirmation emails and/or calls promptly
- Conducting intake interviews and orientation, assessing client needs and strengths
- Assisting with case manager assignment for effective client care
- Completing documentation and entering required information in the UAC portal
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, human services, social services, or related field
- Child welfare and/or case management experience recommended
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance
- Ability to show proof of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases
- Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish

- Previous experience in child welfare or case management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in crisis situations
