      Join a dynamic team specializing in DB pension and benefits plans, where your expertise will help design high-value technological solutions. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming business needs into concrete solutions, working closely with development teams and stakeholders.

      We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in functional analysis and a strong understanding of enterprise systems such as CRM, payroll, or accounting systems. You will be involved in all stages of the development cycle—from gathering requirements to documentation—while designing intuitive solutions and providing technical support.

      Responsibilities

      • Gather and synthesize business needs into detailed functional specifications
      • Participates in the high-level design solution and estimation process
      • Designs the solution for the software product in line with solution architecture and technical roadmap
      • Break down development elements into small, user-beneficial features in collaboration with the Product Owner (PO)
      • Work closely with the development team to define the functional specifications and system modifications required to meet objectives (including non-functional requirements)
      • Provide technical support and leadership in the event of escalation of incidents or service interruptions to ensure that they are resolved effectively Designs intuitive solutions that add value to users
      • Has the ability to breakdown development items into small increments that benefit users in collaboration with Software Product Owner (SPO)
      • Has the ability to produce documentation for user community (such as release notes)
      • Ability to document designs within allotted timeframes
      • Works with Developers and QA to ensure that the detailed design is fully understood, and the development initiatives are in line with design
      • Collaborate with developers and QA specialists to ensure the detailed design is well understood, developments align with the design, and quality deliverables are achieved

      Requirements

      • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer science, Management, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or equivalent)
      • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis
      • Have a very good capacity of synthesis and great ease in understanding, systematizing, and popularizing technical concepts
      • Demonstrated experience in configuring, integrating, or supporting enterprise-grade systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), payroll, or financial accounting platforms
      • Have experience with Agile methodologies, particularly the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), is considered an asset
      • Have strong analytical skills
      • Ability to understand and use common computer technologies
      • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      • Fluent English, both orally and in writing
