What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle primarily inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service
- Meet performance expectations related to call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
- Utilize active listening skills and available tools to achieve optimal outcomes for each call
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members to ensure alignment
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be fluent in both English and Korean
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute
- Must provide your own equipment, including a desktop/laptop, second monitor, and high-speed internet with minimum upload speeds of 20Mbps
- Willingness to complete a background check
