What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with current policyholders via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries
- Contact banks or mortgage lenders for additional customer details
- Create and update policies for customer review
- Submit payments and issue refunds as needed
- Educate customers on policies and coverage options
What is Required (Qualifications):
- An active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
- Experience in a call center or high incoming call volume environment
- Superior customer service skills
- Empathy demonstrated through active listening
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
- Home insurance experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools with the ability to navigate multiple tools and windows simultaneously
- A proactive approach to improving processes for efficiency
