      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle basic and complex customer inquiries via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
      - Educate and guide members on Aetna plans, tools, and resources
      - Resolve member and provider issues and document all interactions
      - Assist with claim referrals, nurse reviews, and appeals
      - Maintain accurate records and perform data maintenance tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment
      - Bilingual fluency in Spanish
      - Experience in a production environment
      - High School diploma or GED equivalent
      - Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medicaid or healthcare experience
      - Additional languages spoken
      - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
      - Familiarity with medical terminology
      - Experience with claims processing
