What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, organize, and maintain client medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Review and verify the accuracy of medical records and reports
- Input and update client information into the case management system
- Request medical records from healthcare providers and follow up as needed
- Assist in the preparation of medical records for legal documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in medical records management or a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical records or a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual in Spanish required
