What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review mental health disability claims and document reviews in the case management system
- Recommend mental health community resources to facilitate recovery for Plan Members
- Provide one-on-one coaching to case managers regarding mental health disability claims
- Develop and deliver training sessions on mental health topics and case management requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovations in mental health case management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in health sciences (or equivalent)
- Fully bilingual (French/English) to support clients from various jurisdictions
- Work experience in the clinical field of Mental Health
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in disability management or disability case management
- Demonstrated experience in training others
- Background in generating and implementing innovative solutions
- Experience in trend analysis and gap identification
- Ability to develop presentations and training materials
