What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
- Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Meet daily productivity goals, including outbound dials and appointments set
- Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed with members and providers
- Report member complaints and escalations to Member Engagement Managers promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain a friendly and conversational demeanor
- Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times
- Proficiency in the English language and strong computer skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous outbound call center experience or high-volume experience in a metrics-driven environment
- Ability to effectively rebuttal while treating all health plan members with professional courtesy
- Desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented outbound call center environment
