What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule free healthcare evaluations
- Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand terms, responding to rebuttals with professionalism
- Meet daily performance goals for outbound dials and appointments set in a remote or office environment
- Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and providers as needed
- Monitor performance results and report member complaints to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in an outbound call center or high-volume, metrics-driven environment preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to treat members with professional courtesy
- Proficiency in the English language and strong computer skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience using an auto dialer and/or following scripts in a call center setting
- Ability to work efficiently in a results-oriented outbound call center environment
- Friendly and conversational demeanor with good persuasive skills
