      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with functional leaders and business analysts to understand the scope of testing
      - Analyze technical documents to identify required test scenarios
      - Execute and verify the calculation results of the test scenarios, reporting any anomalies
      - Keep the test suite up-to-date with new features or changes to existing features
      - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for problem-solving and continuous improvement of verification processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or finance
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Canadian pension plan administration
      - Proficiency in pension calculation tools
      - Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
      - Excellent organizational skills and strong problem-solving ability

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Continuing education in actuarial science
      - Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar job management tool
      - Proficiency in Excel
      - VBA programming skills
      - Attention to detail and effective priority management
