      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform detailed analysis of clients' pension plan calculation rules
      - Act as the liaison between clients and the project team regarding pension plan calculations
      - Configure internal software to align with specific client pension plan requirements
      - Write specifications based on client needs for software development
      - Provide customer service support post-implementation to ensure effective software management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or finance
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field
      - Bilingual in French and English, both verbal and written
      - Experience in pension plan calculations
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with current computer technologies and advanced knowledge of Excel
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Proven track record of managing multiple projects effectively
      - Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S.
