      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a team of 2-4 qualitative researchers across various portfolios, conducting regular one-on-ones and mentoring
      - Conduct qualitative research in English and Spanish, including developing research plans and analyzing findings
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for research needs and improve methodologies
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with research participants and community stakeholders
      - Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members within the Qualitative Research team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 6 years of experience as a UX Researcher
      - Professional fluency in Spanish and experience conducting research in Spanish
      - Minimum of 2 years of direct management experience with qualitative UX researchers
      - Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
      - Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience mentoring and managing individuals conducting multilingual research
      - Familiarity with trauma-informed practices and decolonizing research techniques
      - Experience working with public servants, government agencies, or non-profit organizations
      - Background in both qualitative and quantitative UX research
      - Personal experience with the social safety net or justice system
