What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage hourly requisitions and assess candidate applications for multiple plant locations
- Conduct phone interviews and present top candidates to Hiring Managers
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to forecast hiring needs and conduct intake meetings
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
- Attend job fairs and career events to promote employment opportunities and attract talent
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding recruitment
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills to handle high-volume assignments
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems such as ATS and CRM programs

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to manage and prioritize time efficiently
- Experience in developing recruiting strategies and sourcing top talent
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills to build effective relationships
