What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead talent acquisition process from end-to-end, focusing on bilingual (Spanish-speaking) recruiting
- Manage current recruiting platforms & applicant tracking system
- Develop tailored processes for Spanish-speaking roles, including sourcing and assessing candidates
- Partner with internal teams to drive employer branding efforts
- Track and meet hiring and DEI related KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Professional Working Proficiency in Spanish
- Experience in operationalizing hiring processes for new roles
- Ability to engage hiring managers in DEI recruiting conversations
- Strong data analysis skills to drive results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Puerto Rico hiring landscape
- Experience in bilingual (Spanish-speaking) roles
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other career development platforms
