      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain hospital schedules based on workload demands, ensuring accuracy in scheduling software
      - Communicate with clinicians to address scheduling needs and manage emergency openings
      - Support Medical Directors with site-specific scheduling and orientation arrangements for new providers
      - Track clinician hours and prepare reports for payroll processing
      - Collaborate with credentialing, recruiting, and enrollment teams for seamless scheduling support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, operations, or healthcare administration required
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
      - 1-3 years of Physician and Advanced Practice Provider scheduling experience preferred
