      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve basic payment and account-related requests for assigned company clients
      - Familiarize with products, policies, and procedures for assigned clients
      - Maintain availability for all work shifts, including nights and weekends
      - Be on camera during work hours
      - Enter required data into client systems and databases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Fluent in English and Spanish
      - At least 9 months of contact center experience
      - Designated workspace free from distractions
      - Reliable internet connection and computer setup
      - Ability to pass a background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a contact center environment
      - Completion of a Spanish speaking test during training
