      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist patients in resolving billing issues, handling complaints, and setting up payment plans
      - Manage inbound and outbound calls to patients regarding their bills
      - Document customer complaints, issues, and interactions in the appropriate systems
      - Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
      - Maintain professionalism and respect while advocating for clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must undergo a 7-year background check
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - High-speed internet connection (DSL/Cable) capable of speeds over 100 Mbps
      - Strong communication skills to effectively assist patients and document interactions
      - Ability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

      - Previous experience in customer service or a related field
      - Familiarity with billing processes or healthcare services
      - Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently address patient concerns
      - Ability to work independently in a remote setting
      - Experience with documentation and record-keeping systems
