What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S./B.A. degree in a science or health-related discipline
- Prior experience in health information, health education, or mental health field
- Familiarity with health care terminology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Excellent client service skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using the Internet and resource databases
- Additional language proficiency
- Knowledge of health care regulations and compliance
