      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish, advocating for consumers with internal departments
      - Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to resolve appliance-related concerns and close out cases
      - Take ownership of customer complaints, capturing facts and following outlined steps for resolution
      - Interact and coordinate with necessary stakeholders to successfully resolve consumer issues
      - Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction before case closure

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, written and verbal
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      - Previous experience working from home
      - Moderate to advanced computer skills, navigating multiple online applications
      - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
      - Passion for helping customers and problem-solving
      - Ability to remain calm and show empathy while handling challenging customer concerns
