      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish, ensuring quality service experiences for consumers
      - Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns and ensure case closure
      - Collaborate with internal departments to negotiate and implement solutions that benefit both customers and the company
      - Gather and analyze information to surface consumer concerns and suggest resolutions to management
      - Complete consumer satisfaction reviews before closing cases and adhere to compliance and integrity standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with effective communication skills in written and verbal forms
      - High School Diploma or GED is required
      - Minimum of 1 year of call center experience and 2 years of escalated customer service experience
      - Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple online applications
      - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-volume call environment
