Job Description:
- Provides small business banking sales and service to employer customers or prospects.
- Advises customers on small business banking strategies and products, including credit cards.
- Handles customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Identifies and makes referrals to other business groups as needed.
- Maintains current knowledge of personal banking and credit card industries.
Requirements:
- Completed high school education or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of small business and credit card products.
- Term Investment Qualified (as required).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good collaboration and team skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and French.
Additional Information:
- This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to interact, support, and provide services to non-French speaking customers, employees, and partners inside and outside the province of Quebec.
