      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, coordinate, and present job training and customer service program initiatives
      - Monitor live and recorded calls to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the call center
      - Conduct training on customer relations policies, internal call center systems, and communication skills
      - Analyze data, prepare reports for quality management, and identify ongoing training needs
      - Serve as the primary backup for Workforce Management and perform other assigned duties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - AA/AS degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, or related field required
      - Minimum of 3 years' work experience in employee training and development in a healthcare setting or healthcare call center
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and other systems required for the position
      - Ability to travel locally, regionally, and/or nationally up to 10% of the time
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree in a related discipline preferred
      - Additional experience above the minimum education considered in lieu of required education on a year-for-year basis
