      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Travel to various apartment communities across the U.S. to implement leasing and marketing plans
      - Act as a leasing specialist to lease apartments for approximately 35 to 45 consecutive days
      - Conduct property tours and walk up to 3 miles per day
      - Provide top-quality property management solutions to clients
      - Participate in rigorous training programs to develop necessary skills for effective leasing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluent in both Spanish and English
      - Ability to travel 30-50 days at a time
      - No prior experience in the leasing or real estate industry required
      - Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
      - Familiarity with multi-family housing or property management
      - Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments quickly
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
