What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the VFX Producer, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Coordinate planning and execution of visual effects from pre-production to final delivery
- Serve as a liaison between productions and the visual effects team to ensure effective communication
- Manage the delivery and distribution of VFX assets to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in research and development tasks, contributing to the development of creative concepts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in film, animation, visual effects, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience working in a production environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other standard office software
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
