What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day account support including reservation capture and branch follow up
- Perform body shop and adjuster callbacks for the group/region
- Assist with accounts receivable collections
- Assist the insurance company with rental management goals
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must currently reside in one of the active remote hiring states listed
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- One year of customer service or call center experience required
- Must be fluent in French and English
- Must be at least 18 years old

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- French Canadian preferred
- Permanent residence with a defined working space that is free of distractions
- Experience working in a bilingual customer service role
