What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Proficient verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Ability to accurately observe and detect verbal information using a headset or speaker
- Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate various systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of customer service or production experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish to better assist a diverse customer base
