      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and distribute prebills/proformas and assist with month-end processing
      - Prepare attorney/client invoices, including various billing formats such as fixed fee and contingency
      - Ensure the accuracy of billing documents and compliance with client guidelines
      - Assist customers with billing inquiries and troubleshoot operational issues
      - Create and maintain spreadsheets to track and monitor billing functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree or advanced degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance
      - Minimum of two years of billing experience in a law firm or professional organization
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with advanced knowledge
      - Ability to multitask and meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with client Document Management Systems (DMS)
      - Familiarity with Aderant or Elite/Elite 3E and/or business intelligence products
      - Proficiency in using a 10-key calculator
      - Strong organizational and time-management skills
      - Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality
