What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete complex invoicing for agency bill items based on applicable workflows and service level standards
- Resolve accounting discrepancies that have been outstanding for over 90 days
- Provide problem-solving support to account teams for complicated client invoicing
- Review account setup in the broker management system to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with the accounting team on necessary corrections to expedite carrier payments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Some college education (no degree required)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, positive attitude
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute work activities independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree
- Previous accounting experience or education
- Experience with Applied Systems EPIC and/or BenefitPoint
