      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Billing and Credentialing Manager and other billing associates in achieving maximum reimbursement
      - Submit, track, and investigate insurance claims to ensure timely payment
      - Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor billing activities
      - Collect payments from clients and address any billing inquiries
      - Participate in daily meetings and adapt to changes within the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Exceptional organizing and task management capabilities
      - Intermediate knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets formulas
      - Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Experience with digital collaboration tools and office applications, such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
      - Commitment to handling confidential information with discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Independent and driven, capable of operating with minimal oversight
      - Experience in the mental health services billing environment
