What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex billing functions for multiple grantors and processes
- Collect, audit, and organize necessary documentation for accurate billing
- Submit bi-weekly and monthly billing, ensuring accuracy of billing codes
- Process applications for SNAP benefits and generate monthly reports
- Interact with program staff to ensure proper documentation and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience in general office work with accounting, bookkeeping, or medical billing
- Equivalent combination of training and experience considered
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft products, particularly advanced knowledge of Excel
- Familiarity with medical billing and reimbursement structures
- Previous experience in a role involving grants or government billing processes
