      Job Skills / Requirements

      We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the billing process, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring the accurate and timely generation of invoices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of billing systems and financial procedures.

      Responsibilities:

      • Oversee the billing process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing for services rendered.
      • Review and verify billing information, including charges and client details. Provide reports on billing activities, payment status, and outstanding balances.
      • Prepare and submit invoices. Onboard and set up client portals.
      • Review customer accounts for discrepancies and work to resolve billing issues.
      • Coordinate with various departments (sales, operations, payroll) to ensure proper billing data is captured.
      • Monitor and update billing schedules to maintain an accurate flow of invoicing and payments.
      • Reconcile billing discrepancies and assist with financial audits when necessary.
      • Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications with clients or vendors.
      • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any billing concerns.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • High-volume billing experience required

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
      • 2-3 years of Billing Coordinator, Billing Specialist, or similar role.
      • Strong understanding of billing procedures
      • Familiarity with billing software and tools (experience with Avid and WinTeam software is a plus).
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
      • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
      • Customer service-oriented with the ability to manage client relationships.
      • Strong Excel skills

      Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM

      Salary: $70,000

      Education Requirements (All)

      High School Diploma or GED
      Associates Degree
