      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate client billing needs and set up systems accordingly, ensuring alignment with best billing practices
      - Conduct onsite or remote billing training for clients during pre-go live and post-go live phases
      - Analyze clients' financial health and provide recommendations to mitigate cash flow risks
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of billing training sessions
      - Maintain positive Key Performance Indicators and clear communication with clients throughout the implementation process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of medical billing experience
      - 3 years of working knowledge of ICD, CPT, HCPCS coding
      - 3 years of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer claims processing
      - 3 years of client-facing experience with strong professional presentation and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the implementation of EHR software and/or training is a plus
      - 3+ years of medical billing experience and knowledge of RHC/ASC/FQHC/Vision billing requirements preferred
      - Familiarity with Clearinghouse functionality
