What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, managing all billing and collections activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of workloads and manage changing priorities
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and relationship management
- Conduct research and analysis to resolve problems and implement effective solutions
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products and workflows related to premium and losses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong technology and PC skills, with comfort in learning new software systems
- Excellent cognitive and analytic skills, including decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering best-in-class customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship building
- Ability to work with high-speed broadband internet and meet specific internet requirements for remote work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in billing or account management
- Familiarity with construction and national market insurance products
- Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
