      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Join sales calls to conduct in-depth demonstrations of the Rethink Integrated Billing system and address billing challenges faced by prospective ABA providers
      - Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate complex billing workflows into actionable value propositions
      - Create technical sales materials, including ROI calculators and case studies, to assist the sales team
      - Lead the service-scoping process by analyzing prospects' volume and payor mix for accurate pricing proposals
      - Represent the company at webinars and industry conferences while conducting business analysis on customers and competitors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Recent experience in behavioral health and ABA medical billing
      - Proven consultative sales experience with the ability to explain technical RCM concepts
      - Deep knowledge of the latest CPT Codes, compliance requirements, and best practices
      - Mastery of top ABA platforms, including Rethink, and familiarity with clearinghouses like Office Ally or Availity
      - Ability to analyze a prospect's A/R aging reports and KPIs for potential revenue recovery

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with competitor platforms and knowledge of industry dynamics
      - High emotional intelligence for managing sensitive contract discussions
