      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Call designated payers to reprocess claims denied in error
      - Review insurance denials and submit corrected claims as required
      - Identify any underpaid claims and resubmit for proper adjudication
      - Follow up on claims that have not received a response within the designated timeline
      - Perform other duties assigned by the A/R Manager/Supervisor related to claims scrubbing and review

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a similar role
      - Must reside in Arizona, USA
      - Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, demonstrating professional writing skills
      - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of customer service protocols and dispute resolution tactics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of and ability to use electronic record-keeping systems (EMR, billing software, insurance carrier portals, spreadsheets, etc.)
      - Frequent use of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to use a phone, computer, printer, and copier
