      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in managing day-to-day billing operations and support the Billing Administrator
      - Respond promptly to billing inquiries via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
      - Organize and manage incoming billing documentation, including faxes and electronic submissions
      - Contribute to billing projects, such as claims scrubbing and review
      - Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling patient and financial records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED; certification in billing, finance, or related field preferred
      - At least two years of experience in billing or administrative support within a healthcare setting
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Excellent communication skills and commitment to outstanding customer service
      - Proficiency in electronic medical records systems (EMR/EHR), insurance carrier portals, and billing software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certification in billing, finance, or a related field
      - Experience with claims scrubbing and review processes
      - Familiarity with various billing software applications
      - Previous experience in a collaborative healthcare environment
