      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage third-party billing and collections, ensuring timely and accurate billing of medical and NCPDP claims
      - Identify and resolve root causes of claim rejections to maximize reimbursement
      - Process Home Infusion/Nursing claims and manage patient and insurance changes
      - Analyze billing trends and perform quality assurance to meet productivity standards
      - Communicate effectively with patients, payors, and outside agencies through various mediums

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - One to three years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
      - Strong customer service background and experience in the medical field with administrative record management
      - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
      - Knowledge of medical billing practices and payer reimbursement guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ICD-10, CPT-4, HCPCS, and Medicare billing
      - Knowledge of Home Infusion and insurance policies
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and billing software such as HCN 360 and/or CPR+
      - Collections or medical billing experience
