      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process customer bills and insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
      - Research and establish patient eligibility coverage with insurance providers
      - Respond to billing customer inquiries and resolve related issues effectively
      - Maintain and audit patient files to ensure compliance and accuracy
      - Perform prescription claims adjudication and communicate with insurance companies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as per state requirements; National Certification preferred
      - Minimum of 1+ years of related experience
      - Advanced computer skills; experience with pharmacy information systems preferred
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - National Certification (PTCB) may be required
      - Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Quality-minded with a motivation to seek out errors and inaccuracies
