      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage daily billing operations for designated areas of billing and insurance coding
      - Collaborate with providers and staff to resolve coding and reimbursement issues
      - Address patient concerns related to billing and insurance
      - Assist in denial management and appeals processes
      - Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - General knowledge of medical terminology, Medicare, Medicaid, I.H.S., and third-party billing
      - Experience with ICD-10 coding is a plus
      - Ability to work regular day shift hours, Monday through Friday
      - Strong problem-solving skills to assist with coding and reimbursement issues
      - Effective communication skills to resolve patient concerns

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in billing or coding within a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
      - Additional certifications related to billing and coding
      - Knowledge of denial management processes
      - Experience in customer service within the healthcare industry
