What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the creation and management of a BIM content library using Autodesk Revit, focusing on Battery Storage and Renewable Power substations
- Support the implementation, management, and training of software for BIM and project delivery utilizing Autodesk BIM 360 / Construction Cloud
- Help develop and enforce 3D design and BIM standards across all offices
- Conduct training sessions for software and BIM-related processes, including onboarding new hires
- Assist project teams with BIM project setup, execution planning, and resolving design and coordination issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in drafting, architectural, engineering design, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D design for large complex projects using Autodesk Revit
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BIM leadership role, including process and standards development
- Expertise in generating parametric content and manipulating Autodesk Revit families
- Strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues through collaboration with project team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with multiple software platforms related to BIM and project delivery
- Experience with project delivery software such as ProjectWise or BIM 360 / Construction Cloud
- Familiarity with the power sector or infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated openness to innovation and use of evolving technology and AI tools in workflows
- Strong teaching and coaching skills to effectively train new team members
