      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain biomedical equipment at customer sites
      - Resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions
      - Act as a resource for customer inquiries and provide appropriate information
      - Establish credibility and trust with customers
      - Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or equivalent training/experience in electronics or Biomedical Engineering
      - 0-5 years of experience in servicing biomedical equipment repair (entry-level positions available)
      - PC competency, including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
      - Familiarity with mechanical devices, tools, and test equipment
      - Understanding of electronic circuit boards, processors, and computer hardware
      - Knowledge of networking technologies and troubleshooting methods
      - Valid driver's license and compliance with driving policy
      - CBET certification (desirable)
      - Lean certification (desirable)

      - Knowledge of regulatory requirements, performance standards, and industry trends
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions
      - Troubleshooting capability to the component level
