What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive biospecimen lifecycle management from sample receipt to analysis and final disposition
- Ensure accurate specimen metadata and transfer analytical data to clinical repositories
- Manage data transfer plans with analytical laboratories and resolve specimen metadata discrepancies
- Create and manage project plans, review timelines, and provide specimen updates to study teams
- Participate in and/or lead process improvement projects under the direction of the manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in life sciences, medical technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of client-facing biospecimen lifecycle management experience from collection to disposition
- 1-2 years of project management experience
- Understanding of transaction-based inventory and data management systems, as well as clinical trial processes
- Proficient in Excel with knowledge of macro and template building

- Understanding of ICH, GCP, GLP, and local regulations
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
