      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide statistical consultations and collaborations with clinical principal investigators
      - Develop study designs and determine analysis types for selected studies
      - Prepare publication-quality graphics and assist in manuscript preparation
      - Educate residents and staff on statistical techniques and methods of analysis
      - Participate in research committees and manage large datasets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in biostatistics or a closely related field
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience performing statistical analysis in a healthcare environment
      - Experience managing large datasets in a healthcare setting
      - Advanced proficiency with at least one major statistical software package (preferably SAS or R)
      - Strong written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in programming for data management and complex data analysis
      - Familiarity with statistical methods in medical and clinical research
      - Demonstrated ability to communicate quantitative information effectively
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
      - Detail-oriented with excellent validation and documentation skills
