What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently lead large product studies and complex projects within Biosimilar Development
- Oversee and support statistical contributions to protocols, analysis plans, and clinical documentation
- Perform statistical analysis and make recommendations based on multiple studies/projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide statistical guidance in project meetings
- Stay updated on statistical developments and contribute to scientific research through publications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree and 3 years of biostatistics experience OR
- Master’s degree and 5 years of biostatistics experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of biostatistics experience OR
- Associate’s degree and 12 years of biostatistics experience OR
- High school diploma/GED and 14 years of biostatistics experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Statistics/Biostatistics with relevant post-graduate experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of biosimilar development and statistical methodologies related to adaptive designs
- Experience in providing statistical contributions to regulatory submissions
- Demonstrated ability to present and defend statistical findings in various settings
- Proven track record of effective communication skills (written and oral)
