What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform bird control services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices
- Maintain good customer relations and foster long-term relationships with district offices and service customers
- Train company colleagues in bird and bat applications
- Complete administrative reports and maintain appropriate service standards on all accounts
- Participate in off-hours and weekend services when requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights as needed
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record search
- Capability to enter and exit structures, climb ladders up to 60', and work at heights
- Must successfully meet pre-employment background screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Aerial Work Platforms and experience using Hilti power actuated equipment
- Experience in pest control or related services
- Ability to operate aerial work platforms and scaffolding
