      • An ability to manage multiple tables or tasks at once while keeping guests satisfied.

      Basic Math and POS Experience
      • Competence in handling payment transactions, processing bills, and using point-of-sale systems efficiently.
      Culinary Skills
      • Proficiency in preparing meals to order, following recipes, and maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
      • Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and preparation techniques.
      Food Safety and Cleanliness
      • Adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to ensure guest health and satisfaction.
      Attention to Detail
      • Maintains consistency in portion sizes, plate presentation, and flavor profiles to align with brand standards.


      What We Are Looking for in a Restaurant Hotel Server Courtyard Bistro:
      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Prior experience in food service is advantageous.
      • Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
      • Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
