      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate projects supporting the work of Washington Courts, including research and report preparation
      - Assist in developing and enhancing internal business processes for court program implementation
      - Manage and coordinate court programs alongside senior staff
      - Oversee program financial budgeting and monitoring
      - Communicate and implement program policies, standards, and guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate of Arts degree in business or a related field
      - Four (4) years of administrative program support experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, including Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint
      - Strong communication skills, both oral and written
      - Ability to establish effective working relationships with governmental and court officials

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of website navigation and content updating functions
      - Experience with report writing and clerical procedures
      - Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
      - Familiarity with the organization and operation of the Washington State court system
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work products
