      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct behavioral services and assessments
      - Conduct behavioral assessments and design treatment programs for clients
      - Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCABAs)
      - Provide primary caregiver training and support
      - Protect the well-being of all clients in treatment sessions and emergency crises

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree or national equivalent in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of studies
      - Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
      - Minimum two years' experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs
      - Completed the 8-hour BACB supervisor training
      - Must reside in the State of South Carolina

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs
      - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
