      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports for clients
      - Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
      - Supervise and train behavior technicians (BTs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans
      - Provide support and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors
      - Conduct functional assessments and analyze program effectiveness while monitoring data and progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current BCBA certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
      - Master’s degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
      - Previous ABA experience and comfort working with families in home settings
      - Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
      - Must obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supervising BTs/RBTs and developing treatment plans in a clinical setting
      - Familiarity with virtual electronic data collection systems for behavior plans
      - Interest in participating in mentoring programs for career development
      - Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
      - Previous involvement in collaborative training and support initiatives
