What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise a small caseload of clients, shaping their developmental journey
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment programs for each child
- Maintain detailed client notes and data to ensure therapy effectiveness
- Provide supervision and training to clinical staff and families
- Evaluate and adapt behavior intervention plans for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification and State Licensure from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience in a clinical setting strongly preferred
- Proficiency in systems such as Central Reach and Catalyst
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
